A leading insurance brokerage in Florida is looking for an experienced Insurance Virtual Assistant to join their expanding team! This is a permanent remote role with exciting opportunities for growth in a fun and successful environment.
Key Requirements:
2+ years of experience in personal or commercial insurance
Familiarity with Florida insurance practices, especially Citizen’s Insurance and its portal
Fluent English and excellent customer service skills
Fully equipped home office (including power backup)
Your Role:
You will handle essential insurance tasks such as providing quotes, processing paperwork, issuing Certificates of Insurance (COIs), and liaising with clients regarding homeowners and auto policies.
