I’m looking for a top-tier Virtual Assistant to join my team and help me move faster towards my goals.
This is NOT a “just answer a few DMs” kind of role — I’m looking for someone who can truly own their lane, build trust with leads, and play a pivotal part in growing the business.
Your core role:
Manage and reply to inbound DMs on Instagram.
Book qualified leads into calls (you’ll be key in the DM-to-Call-to-Close flow).
Proactively reach out to new followers and spark genuine conversations.
Must-Haves:
Strong written English (grammar and tone matter)
Reliability (this role is critical to the business — I need someone who shows up)
Long-term mindset — once you’re in, you’re part of the team, and treated like it
Bonus Points If:
You can edit reels/ads etc — if you’ve got this skill, mention it in your email.
