Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate, and highly organized Virtual Scheduler / Recruiter. This role is responsible for coordinating caregiver schedules and supporting recruitment efforts to ensure smooth care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduler:

Communicate with caregivers, clients, and families
-
Ensure all schedules are covered and aligned with care plans
-
Match caregivers based on skills and availability
-
Resolve scheduling and care-related issues
-
Conduct follow-up calls with prospects
-
Update records in scheduling systems
-
Process and complete previous day shifts
-
Respond to management messages within 5 minutes
-
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance
-
Collect feedback for service improvement
Recruiter:
-
Post and refresh job ads weekly
-
Source candidates from platforms (e.g., Indeed, database)
-
Screen, qualify, and schedule applicants
-
Send interview reminders and reschedule as needed
-
Follow up on missed interviews daily
-
Re-engage dormant candidates
-
Assist with applications and onboarding (e.g., DocuSign)
-
Track and improve recruiting performance metrics
-
Stay updated with recruiting trends
-
Monitor competitors and adjust strategies
-
Meet monthly hiring goal (12–20 hires)
Job Requirements
-
Preferred: VA experience in scheduling or recruitment (home care/home health)
-
Minimum 1 year BPO experience (customer service or sales)

Bachelor’s degree required
-
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (clear English)
