Healthcare Virtual Assistant – U.S. Clinic Outreach

Dua Health is a modern, culturally competent therapy group based in the U.S. We are actively hiring a Medical Outreach Coordinator to help us connect with primary care doctors, pediatricians, OB/GYNs, and school counselors to share information about our therapy services.

This role involves calling U.S.-based medical offices, introducing our practice using a provided script, and emailing a short information sheet to the correct referral contact. You will track your work in a spreadsheet, follow up with warm leads, and report progress daily. Please note that EXCELLENT verbal English skills are required for this role. While this role is part-time initially, please know that if you succeed, there is plenty of opportunity for this to become full time with increased compensation including a bonus structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 20–30 calls per day to U.S.-based clinics and medical offices
  • Speak clearly and professionally using a provided script
  • Collect referral contact emails and get permission to send our info
  • Send branded one-pagers via email after calls
  • Track all outreach and follow-up in Google Sheets
  • Communicate with the founder and team daily via Slack
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism — you are representing a U.S. healthcare brand

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken English with a neutral or light accent
  • Strong confidence and clarity on the phone
  • Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or cold calling preferred
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets, Gmail, and basic admin tools
  • Professionalism, reliability, and ability to follow instructions
  • Willingness to learn quickly and represent Dua Health with care
