GoHighLevel (GHL) Buildout Expert

StaffHero is looking for a highly skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) Buildout Expert to join our growing remote team!

If you’re someone who understands automation, pipelines, funnels, and CRM systems inside and out — and you love building clean, high-converting systems — we want to talk to you.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize full GoHighLevel account setups (pipelines, workflows, triggers, automations)

• Create landing pages, funnels, forms, and surveys inside GHL

• Integrate third-party tools (Zapier, email platforms, calendars, etc.)

• Set up email & SMS automation sequences

• Troubleshoot and improve existing GHL systems

• Work closely with marketing and operations teams to implement campaigns

✅ Qualifications:

• Proven experience building and managing GoHighLevel accounts

• Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation

• Experience with funnels, lead tracking, and pipeline management

• Knowledge of integrations (Zapier, webhooks, API connections is a plus)

• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive

• Excellent English communication skills
