We’re Hiring: GoHighLevel Executive Assistant!

About the Role:
We’re looking for a tech-savvy and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to help manage day-to-day operations and support business growth. This role will involve administrative assistance as well as tech support, particularly with Go High Level (GHL), sales support, and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Webinar Management: Ensure webinars are prepared, assets uploaded, links tested, and reminders set.
  • Sales Support: Track and follow up on leads, schedule sales calls, and assist with client outreach.
  • Task Management: Coordinate daily and weekly priorities using Asana and ClickUp.
  • Tech Support: Manage GHL automations, workflows, and minor funnel adjustments.
  • Client Onboarding: Assist with client onboarding and ensure smooth transitions into workflows.

Requirements:

  • Tech Expertise: Proficient in Go High Level (GHL) or similar CRM tools.
  • Administrative Support: Experience in scheduling, client communication, and task management.
  • Sales Support: Familiar with lead management and supporting sales efforts.
  • Proactive: Self-starter who can solve problems with minimal supervision.
  • Detail-Oriented: Able to ensure all tasks are done thoroughly and accurately.
  • Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Working Hours:

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Alaska Pacific Time Zone (PST), Monday to Friday.
