Role Overview
We are looking for a versatile and proactive Generalist Virtual Assistant to support our customer service and administrative operations. You will be a key player in maintaining exceptional customer experiences and providing daily support across various functions. This role offers growth opportunities for those eager to learn and take on increasing responsibilities within Save The Girls.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and social media platforms.
• Monitor and engage with customer reviews across all platforms, addressing concerns and maintaining our positive brand reputation.
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, order processing, and inventory updates.
• Collaborate with internal team members to streamline processes and provide input for continuous improvement.
• Provide overflow support to the customer service team and assist with marketing tasks as needed.
• Work closely with and receive mentorship from the Executive Assistant to develop skills and grow within the company.
• Perform outbound calls to wholesale customers during outreach campaigns, making between 80–120 calls per week.
• Be comfortable making outbound phone calls as needed, even though it is not part of the daily routine.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in customer service and/or administrative roles in a remote setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with customer service platforms and social media management.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Trainable, coachable, and eager to take on new challenges.
• Preference for female candidates to align with team culture balance.
• Full-time availability (initially CST hours during onboarding).
• Metro Manila location preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
• First 3 months (training/onboarding): $4–$5/hour depending on experience.
• After 3 months up to 1 year: Pay increase may be considered based on performance and contributions.
• At 1 year: Eligible for performance-based raise.
• US Holidays observed.
