Requirements:
• Strong communication skills (minimal accent preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Must have own equipment
Open Roles:
1. Customer Service Representative (7–8 VAs needed)
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct fraud screening and verification
• Process and manage customer orders accurately
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails
• Provide accurate product information and customer support
• Handle inbound customer calls with a high level of service
2. Return Coordinator (4–5 VAs needed)
• Provide email and phone support for returns, exchanges, and orders
• Track returned items and update order statuses
• Verify return eligibility and coordinate replacements or refunds
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
• Communicate order status and tracking updates
• Manage returns and exchanges based on company policies
