The Guiding Star LLC is hiring a creative General Virtual Assistant with Marketing background for a full-time, permanent, work-from-home role.

Compensation & Schedule
Salary: PHP 25,000–35,000/month (based on experience & skills)
Hours: Full-time (40 hrs/week)
Timezone: Must work EST or PST
Position Type: Long-term & stable
Setup: 100% remote forever

What You’ll Do
1. Client Engagement & Lead Generation
Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and social channels.
Qualify leads to ensure alignment with company services.
Book appointments based on client and internal availability.
Conduct follow-ups, confirmations, and reminders to maximize show-up rates.

2. CRM & Database Management
Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM.
Track all client interactions, updates, and follow-up activity.

3. Social Media Support & Managemen
Create and schedule posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
Write captions and assist with content strategy.
Research trends, competitors, and creative ideas.
Respond to inquiries and build rapport with prospects on social platforms.
Monitor engagement and help improve performance.

4. Marketing Tasks
Assist with digital marketing campaigns.
Support email marketing, leads, and CRM updates.
Keep marketing assets, files, and reports organized.

5. Design Tasks
Create graphics using Canva (strong proficiency required).
Use Photoshop/Illustrator for additional design needs.
Ensure consistent branding across all content.

7. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor key metrics including appointment success and conversion rates.
Submit weekly and monthly progress reports to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Must-Have At least 3 years of experience in social media, marketing, or digital VA work
  • Strong Canva skills
  • Excellent English (written & spoken)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
  • Comfortable working EST or PST shifts
  • Experience in appointment setting, cold calling, and lead generation
  • Hands-on social media management experience
  • Reliable internet and professional workstation
  • Real estate industry experience (especially Keller Williams / KW)
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator)
  • Website management (WordPress, Wix, etc. – preferred but not required)
  • Email marketing experience
  • CRM or automation system experience
