Key Responsibilities

DM Management: Respond to direct messages in a warm, engaging, and authentic manner, ensuring all interactions reflect the creator’s personality and feel personal rather than automated.
Content Posting: Assist in scheduling and posting content across various social media platforms to maintain fan engagement and attract new followers.
Sales Growth: Implement proven engagement and upselling strategies to maximize revenue and enhance subscriber experiences on subscription-based platforms.
Fan Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with fans to foster loyalty and encourage long-term subscriptions.

Required Qualifications

Ability to respond to DMs in a natural, genuine tone that aligns with the creator’s unique voice and style.
Experience or familiarity with fan-funded entertainment networks or similar platforms.
Strong written communication skills with the flexibility to adapt to various conversational tones.
A strategic mindset focused on improving content sales and subscriber retention.
Reliable, professional, and capable of handling sensitive content with discretion and maturity.
