General Virtual Assistant – Entry
Salary Range – 22,000 – 25, 000
Time zone: PST
Goal:
Provide scalable executive and operational support to free founders’ time, improve response speed, streamline onboarding and invoicing, and support the successful launch and growth of Cater Directly.
Top 3 Key Specific Tasks VA will do:
Vendor onboarding
Data entry into marketplace platform
Invoicing and light bookkeeping (trained internally)
Customer support intake, proposal preparation, and order confirmation
Data Governance
Making and Importing Lists
Mass Email Sending (Templated emails)
Internal Coordination
Fill out certification paperwork
Task management
Follow up
Software Tools and Websites:
Zoom / Google Meet
Internal marketplace/admin platform (training provided)
Salesforce
Hubspot
Jira (training provided)
Adobe / DocuSign
Basic document tools (PDF/Excel)
Admin & Sales – Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
Skills:
File Management
Internal Coordination
Technical Requirements:
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
- Working Webcam
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
