Virtual Outsourcing Solution is looking for a reliable and proactive General Admin VA to support a growing home and business services company.
Requirements:
• Experience in admin support, customer service, or virtual assistance
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Experience with CRM or service platforms (HubSpot, Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Workiz, etc. is a plus)
• Able to manage emails, scheduling, and customer follow-ups
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
• Experience in social media posting/scheduling (portfolio required)
• Able to handle confidential information responsibly
• Able to work independently and proactively
Responsibilities:
• Manage emails, messages, and customer inquiries
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and calendars
• Update CRM, databases, and service management systems
• Handle follow-ups and basic administrative tasks
• Assist with SOPs and internal documentation
• Schedule and manage social media posts using provided content
• Monitor social media messages and escalate when needed
• Support basic marketing and reporting tasks
