2–5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Experience in Social Media Management is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Workspace.

Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL), Flipping Pro, or similar CRM tools.

Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented — with the ability to work independently.

Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
