About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized Virtual Assistant to support our team with a variety of tasks. The role includes editing Instagram posts and Stories, managing social media DMs, sending emails, and more.
Editing and scheduling Instagram posts and Stories to maintain an active and engaging social media presence.
Managing and responding to direct messages (DMs) on Instagram.
Drafting and sending emails to athletes, families, and partners.
Assisting in various administrative tasks as needed to support the team and athletes.
Candidate Requirements:
Great editing and designing skills (Canva/Figma).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proactive and able to work independently in a remote setting.
