I’m helping Chabad Concierge find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Executive Virtual Assistant.
You will manage operations and communications to support mission-driven remote teams effectively.
Compensation:
USD 840 – 1.3K/month

Mission of Chabad Concierge:
“Chabad Concierge delivers specialized virtual assistant services designed to support the unique needs of Chabad Rabbis and Shluchim.”
What makes you a strong candidate:
- You are proficient in Zoom, Task management, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace.
- You have +2 years experience in Virtual assistance, Executive assistance.
- English – Fully fluent
Responsibilities and more:
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage calendars, inboxes, and coordinate meetings.
* Draft, format, and send professional emails and communications.
* Create reports, presentations, and documents.
* Process donations, track expenses, and assist with light bookkeeping.
* Design flyers and newsletters using Canva.
* Update CRM systems and maintain internal records.
* Liaise with vendors, community members, or donors as needed.
* Take initiative on tasks and manage timelines effectively.
Who we’re looking for:
* Minimum 2 years of remote work experience as an executive assistant or virtual assistant.
* Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
* Proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, and Microsoft Office.
* Familiarity with Canva, QuickBooks, CRM systems, and project management tools such as ClickUp.
* Proactive, organized, and aligned with values of purpose-driven work.
* Comfortable working night shift hours (PST or EST).
