Position Title: Executive Virtual Assistant with Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Experience
Location: Remote
Type of Employment: Full-time
Salary Range: PHP 35,000.00 – 40,000.00
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a highly organized and driven Executive Virtual Assistant to provide top-level support while actively contributing to our growth through lead generation and appointment setting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
•Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
•Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
•Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
•Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
•Coordinate logistics for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
•Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
•Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
•Manage expense reports, invoices, and reimbursements.
•Maintain organized files and records, both digital and physical.
•Perform other administrative duties as needed.
Lead Generation & Appointment Setting:
•Research and identify new lead opportunities through online platforms and databases.
•Perform cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, or phone to generate qualified leads.
•Nurture leads through follow-ups and personalized communication.
•Schedule meetings or discovery calls between leads and the sales or executive team.
•Keep CRM systems up-to-date with contact information, activities, and status changes.
Requirements:
•Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, with additional experience in social media management.
•Strong knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, FB, etc.) and tools
•Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
•Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
•Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
•Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
