Job description:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
  • Generally provides administrative support to the client’s personal or business-related.
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Prepare for CEO meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant documents to attendees.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare confidential documents, reports, or presentations as required by the CEO.
  • Inbox, calendar, and family schedule management.
  • Can prepare spreadsheets and keep online records.
  • Ability to work independently or with teammates.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, restaurants, ground transportation, and other personal requests.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive and strategic thinker in general
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, expense management, and record keeping for the CEO.
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Email marketing and outreach for the client’s company to maximize time as instructed.
  • Ability to adjust and manage timezones.
