Job description:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
- Generally provides administrative support to the client’s personal or business-related.
- Must have good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prepare for CEO meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant documents to attendees.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare confidential documents, reports, or presentations as required by the CEO.
- Inbox, calendar, and family schedule management.
- Can prepare spreadsheets and keep online records.
- Ability to work independently or with teammates.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, restaurants, ground transportation, and other personal requests.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive and strategic thinker in general
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, expense management, and record keeping for the CEO.
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Email marketing and outreach for the client’s company to maximize time as instructed.
- Ability to adjust and manage timezones.
