Salary: $1050 monthly
I am seeking a highly organized and independent Executive Assistant to support me as the CEO. While I directly handle all clients and perform all client work, I need someone who is proactive and can assist me in all of the other areas of the business. In addition to providing assistance to me directly, you’ll also:
* handle all administrative tasks involving the day to day company operations,
* assist with staff growth by sourcing, identifying, recruiting and onboarding new staff to fill needs,
* implement and oversee new CRM & VOIP systems
* oversee all marketing and social media activities.
* light bookkeeping using QBO,
* email triage and management of multiple email accounts,
* assistance with project management using ClickUp & ClickUp AI tools. Including:conducting
routine meetings & check-ins with support staff regarding project status updates, prepare daily
reports on all projects and company operations, adding/changing tasks as needed or requested,
* enhancing & implementing automation & workflows to make improve efficiency and ensuring
smooth operational workflow,
* calendar management,
* scheduling company meetings, Other tasks will be assigned as the need arises.
Must have great organizational skills, high ability to multitask daily. You must also have ability to prioritize tasks and be able to quickly adapt to last minute changes or additional duties.
Must have experience in QBO, ClickUp, ClickUp Chat, ClickUp AI & automation features, DropBox, Microsoft Excel, All Google Workspace Apps, CRM, VOIP, Google Gemini, other AI, document management, calendar and email management.
