Selion Global is a global leadership advisory firm working with boards, CEOs, and founder-led organisations. We advise on executive search, succession, board effectiveness, and leadership development — always with consistent rigour, discretion, and a long-term view.
We are hiring a high-calibre Executive Associate to support our Global Managing Partner — a rare opportunity to work directly with one of the Co-Founders of the firm, in a senior enabling role that blends executive support, business coordination, and strategic communication.
This is NOT a traditional admin support asking for classic assistant support. It’s a strategic enabler position suited for someone who thrives in founder-led, lean operations, global environments and operates with precision, maturity, and trust.
🔹 The Role
You will act as a central point of coordination across Selion’s leadership priorities — ensuring momentum is maintained, communication is efficient and thoughtful, and nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll work on everything from strategic follow-ups to thought leadership drafts, global expansion project coordination, and internal operations.
You are the calm force that keeps things moving.
What You’ll Be Trusted With
• Supporting the Managing Partner across all strategic, client, and leadership activities
• Tracking relationships, managing follow-ups, and supporting business development workflows
• Drafting and editing high-level communications: briefings, internal notes, presentations, articles
• Coordinating global internal and external communications
• Helping shape our brand presence — from social media to leadership content
• Ensuring structured delivery across multi-market, cross-functional workstreams
• Acting as a discreet, poised representative with senior clients and partners
Who You Might Be
You’ve supported a founder, CEO, or managing partner before and understand what that truly involves. You are calm, intellectually agile, and editorially sharp. You write exceptionally well, carry judgment with care, and can manage complexity with clarity.
You’ve likely worked in executive search, consulting, a founder’s office, or high-level strategy and comms. You’re globally fluent, comfortable with nuance, and you move with quiet confidence, keeping things simple without letting them slip.
Requirements
• 5–8 years’ experience in high-level support or coordination
• Background in professional services, strategy, communications, or founder-led businesses
• Excellent written English and editorial judgement
• Familiarity with cross-border client work and multicultural dynamics
• Strong project ownership and follow-through
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
• Full alignment with Singapore time zone (GMT+8)
