We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Remote Executive Assistant to support our Warehouse Operations at Love Furniture. In this role, you will work closely with warehouse executives and managers, providing essential administrative support to ensure seamless daily operations.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You should be comfortable working independently in a remote setting while staying highly responsive and engaged with warehouse teams and leadership. Key Job Responsibilities

  • Administrative & Scheduling Support ||| Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence; maintain digital files and reports; prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups; schedule and coordinate meetings, travel, and executive calendars.
  • Warehouse Coordination & Logistics ||| Track inventory records, assist with purchase orders and invoices, coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, and ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • Data Management & Reporting ||| Compile and analyze warehouse performance reports, update KPI dashboards, handle data entry, audit inventory logs, and track expenses.
  • Communication & Team Coordination ||| Serve as a liaison between leadership and on-site staff, draft internal memos and operational updates, and assist with employee scheduling and shift planning.

Key Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role, warehouse / logistics operations experience is preferred..
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Experience with inventory management software is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with on-site teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

Work Environment

  • Fully remote position with continuous on screen presence during work hours.
  • Must be available during standard UK business hours for warehouse operations.
  • Access to a reliable internet connection, a dedicated workspace, good quality webcam and headset.
