Hiring: Executive Assistant + Social Media Manager

What You’ll Do:

Executive Support: Act as the owner’s “right hand.” You will manage calendars, streamline internal processes, track tasks, and handle follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Social Media Management: Create personalized content for five salon locations. While the franchise provides brand assets, you will be responsible for creating “local feel” content, staying on top of trends, and ensuring our online presence reflects our community.

Ownership: Move from asking “What do I do next?” to saying “Here is what I’ve already handled.” You will work with minimal supervision and a high level of trust.

High Initiative: You don’t wait for a map; you help draw it. You are hungry to make a difference and take true ownership of your role.

Communication Pro: Full command of written and verbal English is a must. You will communicate daily with staff, vendors, and the owner.

Versatility: You are as comfortable organizing a complex schedule as you are editing a trending Reel or TikTok.

Professionalism: You possess a high level of discretion, reliability, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Operations Assistant.

Experienced in social media content creation and management.

Availability to work the night shift to align with US EST business hours.

Tech-savvy and able to learn or implement new systems quickly.
