Job Responsibilities
· Manage professional scheduling for Director, including agendas, emails, phone calls, client liaison and training/networking events;
· Provide administration support to all staff, in collating jobs, letters, electronic signing and engagement letters;
· Provide administration support in relation to ATO (Tax Portal) and physical mail, inclusive of providing correspondence to clients;
· Manage office phone calls;
· Manage ASIC database (via Now Infinity), inclusive of preparation of ASIC forms and emailing annual company statements;
Required skills
· Some experience in similar role;
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
· Strong time-management and organisational skill;
· Proficiency across Microsoft programs;
- · Ideally experience with Xero, BGL 360, Office 365 and Now Infinity (though not necessary as a lot of content on training here).
