About Us
We’re Pixie Wing, a fast-growing jewelry brand based in New Zealand. Our signature product — the Ring Keeper necklace — is practical, stylish, and loved by thousands of customers around the world. We’re a small, friendly team scaling quickly, and now we’re looking for an exceptionally organised assistant to support the CEO and help keep our backend operations running like clockwork.
About the Role
This is a part-time remote role (10–20 hours/week to start) supporting the CEO and wider team. You’ll be responsible for tidying up systems, keeping ClickUp projects on track, helping manage chargebacks in Shopify, and generally making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
If you love structure, live for to-do lists, and get satisfaction from solving small problems before they become big ones – this is for you.
Your Tasks Will Include:
– Organising Slack channels + building onboarding flows for new team members
– Structuring folders + cleaning up shared docs in Google Drive
– Creating tasks and managing timelines in ClickUp
– Shopify admin: eg helping with chargebacks
– Chasing up freelancers for deliverables
– Light research, scheduling, inbox help (as needed)
Required Experience:
– Slack, Google Drive, ClickUp, and Shopify
– Have experience supporting founders or small teams remotely
– Communicate clearly and take initiative
– Are fluent in English and love working behind the scenes
Bonus (Not Required):
– Experience with eCommerce brands
– Comfortable managing calendars and inboxes
