We’re Hiring: Virtual Assistant for Australian Online Coaching Business (Content, Leads, Inbox, & Onboarding Support)
Full-Time | Remote | Long-Term Opportunity

1UP Coaching is seeking a sharp, systems-minded Virtual Assistant to support our backend operations, lead tracking, content uploads, and client onboarding processes. You’ll play a key role in keeping our coaching systems running smoothly—so we can focus on helping clients get results.

You’ll Be Trained Thoroughly Before You Start
Before diving in, you’ll receive hands-on training directly from the coach himself—including:

– In-depth video modules
– Step-by-step help docs
– 1-on-1 coaching calls

Once you’re up to speed, we’ll hand you over fully documented SOPs to guide your day-to-day responsibilities so you’re never left guessing.

What You’ll Be Doing:
– Kahunas App Support
– Upload new training content and resources
– Organise folders, label video content, and maintain a clean layout
– Ensure resources are easily accessible for clients
– Hashtag & Social Engagement Support
– Research niche-specific hashtags for our content strategy
– Engage with social media comments and DMs using preset replies or flag for follow-up
– Inbox Management
– Flag important client emails
– Delete spam or irrelevant messages
– Respond to basic enquiries using templates
– Weekly KPI & Analytics Reporting

Monitor and report on:
– Content performance
– Client engagement
– Lead flow
– Sales Funnel & Lead Nurture Support
– Track VSL viewers and lead engagement in DMs
– Send follow-ups to warm leads who didn’t book
– Tag and categorise leads as Hot/Warm/Cold
– Update tracking sheets or CRM (if applicable)
– Client Onboarding Operator
– Confirm onboarding emails were received
– Ensure welcome calls are booked
– Add clients to correct WhatsApp/Telegram groups
– Troubleshoot onboarding issues as needed

Marketing System Assistant
– Ensure VSL pages and links are working
– Keep the calendar updated for bookings
– Schedule VSL-related content (reels, carousels, stories)
– Add testimonials and content snippets to our content bank
– Funnel Analytics + Optimization

Provide weekly snapshot of:
– VSL views
– Booked calls
– Show-up & close rates
– Funnel drop-off points
– Flag performance issues (e.g. low bookings, high bounce rate)

You’re a Great Fit If You:
– Have strong written English communication skills
– Are organised, systems-driven, and detail-focused
– Have experience with inbox management, lead tracking, or onboarding
– Can follow SOPs but also solve problems independently
– Are excited to work in a fast-moving, impact-focused online business
