Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant with solid experience in social media marketing and personal assistant tasks. You’ll be juggling everything from managing social accounts to scheduling appointments and keeping operations on track. This is a remote role, so you can work from wherever you’re most comfortable!

What You’ll Be Doing
Personal/Executive Assistant Tasks:

Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings to keep things running smoothly.

Handle email correspondence and organize inboxes.

Conduct research and prepare reports as needed.

Coordinate tasks and projects to help the client stay on top of priorities.

Provide general admin support to free up time for the client to focus on big-picture goals.
Social Media Marketing Tasks:

Develop and execute social media strategies that deliver results.

Keep social accounts active, organized, and thriving.

Create, schedule, and post content that grabs attention.

Design eye-catching graphics and visuals that align with the brand.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to fine-tune strategies.

Engage with the online community to build connections and boost engagement.

Stay informed about the latest social media trends and tools.
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in social media marketing and personal/executive assistant roles.

Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.

Strong understanding of social platforms, algorithms, and analytics.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

A creative mindset paired with strong attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.

Self-motivated, proactive, and dependable.
Schedule:
9 AM – 5 PM PST, Monday to Friday
Pay:
Starting at $600 per month, with annual appraisals that include salary adjustments and growth opportunities. We are also open to discussing a higher starting rate for exceptional talent.
