LTG Assist facilitates the hiring process — once selected, you will work directly under the client.
A busy executive running multiple businesses is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to help manage time, communications, and daily operations — so he can stay focused on growth and leadership.
This is a full-time, remote role for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple tools and priorities.
What the role involves:
✅ Managing calendars, scheduling & appointments across multiple businesses
✅ Tracking tasks, deadlines & projects using EOS tools and CRM
✅ Creating and maintaining SOPs, organizing Google Drive & digital files
✅ Managing email inboxes, Slack, LinkedIn & social media messages
✅ Booking travel, preparing itineraries & coordinating personal logistics
✅ Light content support — social posts, presentations & transcription
What’s needed:
🔹 Strong organizational and time management skills
🔹 Excellent written English communication
🔹 Comfortable with Google Suite, CRM tools, QuickBooks & EOS systems
🔹 Discreet, reliable & able to handle confidential information
🔹 Proactive — anticipates needs without being asked
🔹 Experience supporting a senior executive or business owner is a plus
