Provide administrative and operational support by managing CRM communications, emails, messages, and follow-ups. Handle inbox organization, scheduling, meeting coordination, and call management. Maintain files, track tasks, support ongoing projects, and prepare basic reports using Google tools and CRM data.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Administrative or virtual assistant experience, or coachable with relevant education
- Familiarity with CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred)
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
