About the Role

Our business is scaling quickly, with fast-growing healthcare companies as our partners. With this growth, we’re looking for an individual to step up in the People Operations team, working directly with our leadership. Some of these responsibilities would include:

What You’ll Own

  • Process payroll, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for teammates.
  • Handle invoicing tasks — create, track, and make sure invoices get paid on time.
  • Process employee reimbursements efficiently and accurately.
  • Support executive leadership with EA-style administrative tasks.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between executives, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring messages are clear and timely.
  • Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of company tax-related filings.
  • Stay on top of team’s time off — handle leave requests and keep our records up-to-date.
  • Oversee company tools and software subscriptions, including renewals, access management, and budget tracking.
  • Conduct interviews for internal roles and support end-to-end coordination (e.g., scheduling, candidate management, onboarding).
  • Partner with People Operations on engagement logistics, internal communication, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Improve people operations processes, inclusive of onboarding, retention, and team engagement to drive sustainable growth.

About You

Core Experience

  • Experience in administrative support, people ops, HR admin, or other related roles.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Operationally excellent, with a high daily output and precision in execution.
  • Strong attention to detail and track record for getting the details right.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and scheduling platforms.
