Job Summary

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the executive team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day executive support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of executives.
  • Manage email communications and follow-ups, ensuring timely responses and prioritisation of tasks.
  • Support meeting preparation — compile agendas, take minutes, and ensure action items are tracked and completed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Assist with project coordination, reporting, and document management as required.
  • Manage office-related administrative tasks and maintain efficient filing and record systems.
  • Support general business operations and ad-hoc duties as directed by management.

Qualifications

  • Studies in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • A proactive, intuitive and can-do approach, always two steps ahead.
