We are seeking a forward-facing Email Specialist with excellent English communication and organizational skills to:

• Plan and execute targeted email campaigns to engage audiences and drive conversions
• Monitor and analyze key metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) to optimize performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to create campaigns and help them achieve their goals through email outreach

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years in similar roles, particularly in email collection and cold email outreach.
• Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
• Strong knowledge of email automation tools (Klaviyo and Woodpecker)
• Familiarity with Google Docs, MS Office (especially Excel), and email campaign tools.
• Experience in writing, scheduling, proofreading, and A/B testing cold email marketing campaigns.
• Ability to work from 6:30 am ET until 3:30 pm ET.

Your Main Tasks and Goals:

• Create email strategies for targeted campaigns and provide quarterly goals
• Be proactive in improving open and click through rates
• Generate a set number of qualified leads per campaign
• Provide monthly reports

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling email campaigns for multiple teams across the company;
• Utilize email automation software to schedule, manage, and optimize outreach campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, implementing A/B tests and making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
• Provide daily and weekly reports on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with other teams to complete outreach campaigns and coordinate efforts and achieve goals.
• Identify opportunities to enhance email automation processes, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

The ideal candidate must be a proactive and independent thinker who can take ownership of the tasks at hand and ensure timely & quality output through collaboration with other team members.
