E-commerce Virtual Assistant

RemoteVA Ph is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and be comfortable working with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and managing email campaigns using Klaviyo
• Support product review management through YotPo
• Create and schedule simple social media posts
• Perform basic tasks using the Magento e-commerce platform
• General administrative and virtual assistant duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a virtual assistant or digital support role
• Familiarity with Klaviyo, YotPo, Magento, and social media tools is a plus (training will be provided)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new tools quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Benefits

Location: Remote – Work from Home

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (Hong Kong Time)

Salary: USD $650-$700/month
