E-Commerce and Social Media VA
About Us:
We are a Singapore based e-commerce business in the early stages of building a new consumer brand. We work in a small, focused team and we move quickly. We are looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant who takes genuine ownership of their work, knows how to figure things out independently, and is ready to help grow something with real momentum behind it.
This is not a role for someone who needs step-by-step instructions for every task. We want someone who receives a brief, asks the right questions, and gets it done.
What You Will Be Doing:
– Building and managing our social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, including content scheduling and basic content creation
– Building out our e-commerce store across Shopify and TikTok Shop, including product listings, pricing, categories, and order management
– Handling day-to-day operations including supplier communications, invoicing, tracking, and general admin
– Researching influencers and supporting outreach and partnership activity
– Monitoring performance across platforms and proactively flagging anything that needs attention
What We Are Looking For
Essential:
– at least 2 years PROVEN hands on experience working within a real e-commerce brand. This is non-negotiable and will be assessed during the process
– Highly organized with strong attention to detail
– Strong working knowledge of Shopify. You should be comfortable in the platform without needing the basics explained
– Comfortable working with minimal supervision. You can take a brief and move forward without needing constant direction
– Strong written and spoken English. You will be communicating professionally with suppliers, customers, and external partners
– Proficient in Canva, Google Sheets, and social media scheduling tools
Desirable (not essential):
– Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
– Prior experience with UK or US-facing e-commerce brands
– Familiarity with TikTok Shop specifically
– Experience managing or coordinating influencer campaigns
The Details:
– Fully remote
– Full-time, 40 hours per week. This is an exclusive commitment. We ask that applicants are not simultaneously employed elsewhere or taking on additional clients during contracted hours
– This role offers above-market compensation for the right candidate. We are paying for solid, demonstrable experience. You will be assessed on it.
