Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant who can both execute marketing tasks and set up the tools and systems that drive productivity, automation, and measurable results. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building smart marketing systems—not just posting content.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

-Set up and manage marketing tools and platforms (CRM, email marketing, funnels)

-Build and optimize email marketing campaigns, sequences, and automations

-Create and manage funnels and landing pages

-Integrate tools using automation platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.)

-Set up basic tracking and analytics to measure performance

-Support ongoing digital marketing initiatives and process improvements

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

-Proven experience as a Digital Marketing VA or similar role

-Strong background in email marketing and funnel building

-Comfortable setting up and managing marketing tools and systems

-Tech-savvy, organized, and process-driven

-Able to recommend tools and platforms based on business goals

𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 & 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀 (experience with some of these is a plus)

-Email marketing platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot)

-CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho)

-Funnel builders (e.g., ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Leadpages)

-Automation tools (Zapier, Make)

-Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel)
