About the Role

The Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant – Paid Ads Focus (Paid Media Specialist) is responsible for building, managing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms and Google Ads. This role owns day-to-day campaign performance, budgets, targeting, optimisation, tracking, and reporting, with a strong focus on lead quality, conversions, and measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with directors, providing clear insights on what is working, what is not, and what actions to take next.

Ideal Candidate (Must-Have Requirements)

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally 4 to 6 years
• Hands-on experience personally managing Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Strong understanding of performance marketing mechanics and lead generation
• Confident working with data, dashboards, and performance reporting
• Experience managing budgets, targeting, and ongoing optimisation
• Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders or directors with clear performance insights
• Experience with tracking and attribution tools, including pixels, conversions, and UTMs
• Results-focused mindset where accountability matters
• Preferably Cebu-based but also accepts WFH applicants.

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services, property, credit, or professional services
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM or lead tracking systems
• Basic creative or copywriting skills

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Build, load, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
• Own day-to-day campaign management, including budgets, targeting, and optimisation
• Monitor and optimise key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rates, and lead quality
• Ensure correct tracking and attribution using pixels, conversions, and UTMs
• Oversee and report on landing page and funnel performance
• Prepare clear, regular performance reports for directors, covering spend, leads, and outcomes
• Share insights on what is working, what is not, and recommended next actions
• Support broader social media performance analysis, including paid and organic insights
