HGI is seeking a highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with experience in SEO, Google & Meta Ads, Social Media Management, CRM Management and Email Marketing to provide comprehensive administrative, customer service, and digital marketing support.
We are looking for a proactive individual who can manage daily operations with efficiency and discretion, support communication workflows, and contribute to improving our online visibility through light SEO work and digital advertising support. Candidates with strong administrative backgrounds, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in modern digital tools are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Email & Communication Management
- Maintain and organize inboxes, prioritize emails, and draft professional, timely responses.
- Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on essential communications.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
SEO & Digital Marketing Support
- Perform basic keyword research and assist with website content optimization.
- Track and report website and SEO performance metrics.
- Support the creation and management of Google and Meta Ads (organic and paid).
- Assist with digital marketing initiatives aligned with SEO strategies.
Inbound & Outbound Calls
- Handle client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Schedule appointments, manage bookings, and provide general customer support.
- Make follow-up calls to clients, vendors, and partners as needed.
Social Media Management (Organic + Paid Support)
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and support community growth.
- Gather and report on social media performance and analytics.
- Assist with the execution of paid social campaigns when needed.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage calendars, coordinate virtual meetings, and prepare reports.
- Assist with data entry, document creation, and general administrative tasks.
- Support operational workflows to ensure smooth day-to-day function.
CRM Management
- Utilize and maintain ACT CRM to track client interactions, update records, and manage pipelines.
- Ensure data accuracy and support CRM-driven communication efforts.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or any related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Light experience with SEO and familiarity with analytic tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc. is a plus).
- Experience managing social media platforms and using scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Experience creating, supporting, or managing Google Ads and Meta Ads (both organic strategies and paid campaigns).
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., ACT, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
- Demonstrated experience planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar.
- Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls and managing bookings.
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Own laptop/PC (minimum i5 8th Gen processor, 8GB RAM).
- Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download speed.
