We’re looking for a results-driven marketing professional to take ownership of our digital presence and help generate high-quality leads. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in a remote, performance-oriented environment.

Schedule Requirement

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, aligned with U.S. Eastern Time business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET).

Role Overview

As a Remote Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing efforts that strengthen brand visibility and drive business growth. You’ll work closely with leadership while independently managing campaigns and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including search, paid advertising, email, and social media
• Manage and optimize ad campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
• Develop content that reflects a high-end residential brand and resonates with target audiences
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights through data analysis and reporting
• Improve website traffic and lead conversion through SEO and optimization techniques
• Collaborate with company leadership on branding, messaging, and growth initiatives

Qualifications

Required:

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven results
• Strong understanding of SEO, paid media (PPC), and content marketing
• Experience using analytics tools to track and improve performance
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting

Preferred

• Background in construction, real estate, architecture, or luxury services marketing
• Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
• Basic design or video editing capabilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $10-$14 USD per hour, based on experience
• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week), Eastern Time alignment required
• Work Environment: Fully remote, collaborative, and professional
