Role Description
This is a part-time, remote position for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The specialist will oversee and execute digital marketing campaigns, manage social media channels, analyze web traffic and engagement metrics, optimize online marketing strategies, and collaborate with teams to effectively communicate brand value and grow online presence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Online Marketing
- Experience with Web Analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance and drive improvements
- Strong skills in Communication and the ability to craft marketing messages effectively
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in the HR consultancy industry or similar fields is a plus
