We are looking for a robust full-time Marketing Lead for a dedicated Digital Marketing company based in Florida.
Requirements:-
At least three years of Digital Marketing experience with a proven track record of driving results

Experience managing a team of Digital Marketing Specialists

Proficiency in CRMs, WordPress, Social Media Platforms, and Paid Ads

Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, and website optimization

Availability to work 40 hours a week or more, supporting clients in the EST timezone

Background in using AI in Marketing
Responsibilities:-
Operations Assistance: Support day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of marketing campaigns.

Marketing Support: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, and website optimization.

Team Management: Lead and manage a team of Digital Marketing Specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.

Customer/Client Support: Provide exceptional client support, ensuring their digital marketing needs are met effectively.

Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to optimize marketing strategies and enhance overall performance.
Rate: $7.00 – $8.00 /hour
Work Hours and Schedule: Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM –5:00 PM EST / 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM Philippine Timezone
