Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to drive digital marketing growth for a specialized outdoor sports brand while working in a dynamic, niche market environment. Job Highlights

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute engaging social media campaigns across multiple platforms, with primary focus on Instagram expansion
- Transform existing visual content by formatting and optimizing for different social media platforms to maximize engagement
- Design and support email marketing campaigns that resonate with outdoor sports enthusiasts
- Research, plan, and execute comprehensive influencer partnership programs from initial outreach through campaign completion
- Create and maintain strategic social media posting schedules and content calendars
- Monitor and authentically engage with outdoor sports communities using industry-appropriate language and cultural understanding
- Drive growth in direct-to-consumer ecommerce marketing initiatives
- Manage Meta awareness advertising campaigns with set-and-forget optimization strategies
- Execute special marketing projects designed to accelerate business growth and market penetration
Requirements
- Proven track record in ecommerce marketing and social media management with measurable results
- Strong expertise in multi-platform social media strategies, particularly Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and campaign optimization
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to industry-specific terminology and niche market dynamics
- Project management experience with successful influencer partnership program execution
- Proficiency in visual content formatting and optimization across multiple digital channels
- Working knowledge of paid social media advertising, particularly Meta/Facebook ads platform
- Excellent written communication skills with ability to match brand voice and community tone
- Self-motivated professional who thrives working independently while managing multiple concurrent projects
