About the Role

We are hiring for Digital Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies to boost engagement.
Create compelling content (graphics, videos, and written posts) that aligns with brand identity.
Monitor and respond to social media messages, comments, and reviews promptly.
Generate monthly reports on social media performance and key metrics.
Assist in creating marketing materials to promote services and educate audiences.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and ensure messaging consistency.
Design and deliver graphic and video content, utilizing AI tools for enhanced quality.
Optimize online directory listings for accuracy and visibility.
Manage email marketing campaigns, including designing newsletters, segmenting audiences, and analyzing performance metrics.
Respond to Yelp reviews and patient feedback in coordination with marketing and operations teams.
Maintain project tracking via Monday.com and provide regular updates.
Support website updates, blog content posting, and keyword optimization.

Qualifications

Required Skills

Proficient in CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and analytics software.
Knowledge of advanced marketing techniques, including SEO and SEM.
Skilled in email marketing platforms, graphic design, video editing, and AI tools like ChatGPT and DALL-E.
Strong multitasking and communication skills.
Experience with Yelp, Google, or Nextdoor listings is a plus.
Familiarity with optometry or healthcare marketing is an advantage.
