About the Role
We are hiring for Digital Marketing Assistant
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to boost engagement.
- Create compelling content (graphics, videos, and written posts) that aligns with brand identity.
- Monitor and respond to social media messages, comments, and reviews promptly.
- Generate monthly reports on social media performance and key metrics.
- Assist in creating marketing materials to promote services and educate audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and ensure messaging consistency.
- Design and deliver graphic and video content, utilizing AI tools for enhanced quality.
- Optimize online directory listings for accuracy and visibility.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including designing newsletters, segmenting audiences, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Respond to Yelp reviews and patient feedback in coordination with marketing and operations teams.
- Maintain project tracking via Monday.com and provide regular updates.
- Support website updates, blog content posting, and keyword optimization.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
Required Skills
- Proficient in CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and analytics software.
- Knowledge of advanced marketing techniques, including SEO and SEM.
- Skilled in email marketing platforms, graphic design, video editing, and AI tools like ChatGPT and DALL-E.
- Strong multitasking and communication skills.
- Experience with Yelp, Google, or Nextdoor listings is a plus.
- Familiarity with optometry or healthcare marketing is an advantage.
