Position: Data Entry Support Admin

Location: Central Luzon

Work setup & shift: Remote | Day Shift

Your Role

As a Data Entry Support Admin, you are responsible for:

  • Providing support to our clients via email, utilising your outstanding written English skills
  • Previous experience working in a customer service or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries
  • Onboarding new clients where you will utilize your exceptional organisation skills to follow processes and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Using a variety of internal software systems that enable us to work efficiently as a team (including but not limited to HappyFox, Slack, and Pipedrive).
  • Working independently and taking responsibility for your day-to-day activities, whilst being a part of a close-knit team who are working collaboratively towards a common goal.

Admin/Data Entry:

  • Accurately enter data from various sources into computer systems, databases, or spreadsheets.
  • Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies and make necessary corrections or adjustments.
  • Maintain and update databases and records with new information, changes, or modifications.
  • Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of entered data.
  • Organize and maintain electronic files and documents.
  • Generate reports, charts, or summaries based on entered data as requested.
  • Identify and resolve data entry issues or inconsistencies in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 1 year of previous experience in customer service using related software packages.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills with high speed and accuracy.
  • Utilize various internal and client based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
  • Conduct data entry, documentation, and case management
  • Strong general computer proficiency.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
