What You’ll Do:

The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately processing and managing data to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and data processing, transferring information between platforms
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of information before submission
• Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in data handling
• Communicate effectively with clients to clarify and confirm details as needed
• Track and organize work to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies
• Follow established protocols and guidelines for data security and confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Experience in data entry, data processing, or similar tasks.
• Skilled in using tools such as Google Sheets, Slack, Zoom, 1Password, or Airtable.
• Familiar with custom internal tools and able to learn new software quickly.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to transcribe data without errors.
• Highly organized, responsive, and able to complete tasks within deadlines.
• Proactive, clear communicator, and receptive to feedback.
• Clear and coherent both written and verbal communication skill in English to interact with team members and possibly clients.
• Must have stable employment history.
