Job Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team for a large-scale Document Rebranding Project. This role is crucial in helping us update and standardize internal and external documents to align with new brand guidelines and legal requirements. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong formatting skills, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks with precision and consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Replace outdated logos with updated branding assets in Microsoft Word and PDF documents.
  • Revise disclaimers across all documents using provided templates and ensure compliance with current legal standards.
  • Apply consistent formatting and branding elements including fonts, styles, headers, and footers.
  • Conduct thorough formatting adjustments to ensure documents meet branding and quality standards.
  • Maintain a structured and organized file system using Microsoft OneDrive.
  • Accurately track progress and submit daily status reports or updates as required.
  • Work closely with the project team to meet milestones and ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in all updates, focusing on consistency and brand alignment.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in data entry, administrative support, or document formatting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite—particularly Word, Excel, Outlook—and Microsoft OneDrive.
  • Basic knowledge of PDF editing software such as Adobe Acrobat or similar tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and consistency.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
