We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Officer to work with us part-time in a remote setup for our US-based client. For this role, we only process candidates that are based Philippines and have legal authorization to work in the Philippines.

About The EGS Client

  • Based in California, a pioneer in probiotic innovation that introduces live-culture yogurt to health food stores, inventing cold-pack shipping for perishable supplements, and setting the first industry standards for probiotic labeling.
  • Lead the industry with precision, integrity, and unmatched probiotic quality

Key Tasks

  • Perform fast and accurate data entry (e.g., sales transactions, etc.)
  • Responsible for timely and quality execution of tasks
  • Closely follow process workflows
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with the team and client

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Familiar with basic accounting and bookkeeping
  • Preferably with audit and bookkeeping experience
  • Available to work for at least 20 hours / week
  • Highly trainable, pro-active and has initiative
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
