Your Role

As a Data Entry Clerk, You Are Responsible For

• Report to the Database Team
• Work closely with the team in delivering databases for the local FMCG marketplace
• Link products appearing in weekly grocery, liquor, and pharmacy retailer catalogues to partially matched databases
• Locate and match missing or incomplete product group names by following a prescribed data linking process
• Partially complete databases provided in Excel format to the Clerk each week for completion within the week
• Deliver weekly updates for industry-specific software

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in data entry
• Background in web-search skills and database management
• Basic MS Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to maintain quality of work in repetitive tasks
• Strong technical aptitude
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to remain focused
• Experience or familiarity with relational data tables (a plus)
• Knowledge of grocery, liquor, or pharmacy products (an advantage)
• Experience with Power BI or Power Query (an advantage)
