Position Overview:
We’re seeking a friendly, motivated Customer Service Representative to handle client inquiries, manage bookings, process payments, and support both clients and instructors. This role requires a quick learner who can effectively use studio software and communicate via email to deliver exceptional service
Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with bookings, payments, and inquiries
* Promote memberships and events
* Use studio software for client management
* Support instructors with system questions
Salary:
Starting at $4/hour
Hours:
Preferred: Eastern Time hours (8 AM – 6 PM) for full-time
Qualifications:
* Customer service experience preferred
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Friendly, professional demeanor
