  • .Client Communication: Engage in friendly, personable email communication, with occasional phone outreach to clarify client requirements, aiming for a non-robotic, client-centered approach
  • .Documentation and Information Management: Maintain up-to-date, accurate records within our ticketing and documentation systems for accessible information and streamlined support
  • .Team Collaboration and Daily Coordination: Actively participate in daily internal team meetings to align tasks, ensuring smooth workflows and consistent client service
