Responsibilities
- Address Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries through email, phone, live chat, and/or social media.
- Assist Customers: Help our customers with orders, shipping, product information, and returns.
- Quality-Based Responses: Focus on providing quality responses as the standard day-to-day.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English is mandatory (both written and verbal)
- 1 year of Customer Service experience is required
- Any experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, and/or Shopify is preferred (not required)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills
- Solutions-oriented and flexible
Technical Requirements
- Personally owned PC or laptop with an i5 processor or its equivalent
- Minimum of 15 Mbps for Upload & Download speed
