Position: Customer Service and General Virtual Assistant
Salary: 30k-45k

Requirements:
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in customer service (inbound and outbound)
  • Virtual Assistant experience/ BPO Experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Graveyard (US hours) and full time
Job Description:
  • Responding to emails and phone calls
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Perform market research
  • Provide customer service as the first point of contact
  • Admin works
  • Ensure accurate and timely service and respond quickly and proactively to customer requests
