Content Creator & Social Media VA

Are you a highly skilled, fluent English-speaking VA in the Philippines who lives and breathes content creation and social media?

We’re a growing Queensland-based residential building design and project management company — and we’re looking for someone exceptional to run our entire content and social media engine.

This is a real, long-term role with room to grow. Not a trial. Not a quick gig.

What you must bring:

• Native-level written and spoken English — non-negotiable

• High-level Facebook page management (posts, reels, ads, engagement, analytics)

• Script writing for marketing content and podcast episodes

• Short-form video compilation and editing (Reels, CapCut or similar)

• eBook creation — layout, writing and formatting

• Content Creator Machine (CCM) workflow management

• Advanced Microsoft 365 — Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint

Bonus skills we love:

• Canva or Adobe design experience

• Building or property industry knowledge

• Experience supporting Australian clients
